Another phone call to KDP support. Book still blocked. It might take 3-5 business days to get a response from whoever grants these resposnses.

How I Spent My Covid Vacation
If you read my previous post, you would have learned that I spent my Covid time rewriting the first three volumes of New Pandoria.
Cell phones are amazing. Kindle is amazing. Work got real slow and editing hundreds of pages of text was done inconspicuously. I don't share my writing life with most of my workmates. As they played games and shopped on their phones, they probably thought I did something similar. They would be wrong.
A disappointment: I expected "Mississippi Sizzling" to contain the most errors as it was written first."The Fluffy Manifesto" would have fewer errors and the completed earlier this year, "The Cult of Leftism Versus The Not-Left Coalition" would be airtight. For whatever reason, the most recent work had an unacceptable number of mistakes.
I seem to have been in a mental fog when I completed "The Cult of Leftism Versus The Not-Left Coalition." Grammarly Pro missed quite a few obvious flaws but more disturbingly, I missed mistakes that went beyond typos. Let us attribute my confusion to the health problems that I was still recovering from last winter and fall.
So I rewrote "Mississippi Sizzling"and called the new version "Welcome to New Pandoria: New Pandoria: Volume 1." I did not immediately discover that the new submission had been blocked. Then I overlooked an email from Amazon that stated that the new submission too closely resemble a previous submission.
I am still struggling with that blockage. Today, I got to talk to a real Kindle rep and she resent the email I overlooked on May 25. I had recently repriced "Mississippi Sizzling" at a higher rate to discourage sales while keeping a static copy. since talking to the rep, I have deactivated "Mississippi Sizzling."
As this is written, "Welcome to New Pandoria..." is still blocked.
